When you come in for your first appointment at our centre, we will ask you to complete a New Patient Welcome Sheet which has certain details about your medical and dental histories. It is very important that you keep us informed about any issues regarding your health prior to our visit. Please call our office at 905-553-8897 or text us at 416-876-6439 to inform us ahead of time any medical or dental issues you would like us to know.
We also ask that you provide us with an up-to-date medication list at the first appointment. It is important that you continue to keep us informed about any medication changes at subsequent visits. We will ask you to update your information during each dental visit in order for us to provide you better dental treatment.
At Keele MajorMac Dental Centre, we reserve the appointment specifically for you. When you are scheduled a firm appointment, you will receive a courtesy reminder either by texts to your cell phone or a phone call with all the details of your upcoming visit, the day before your upcoming appointment to confirm date and time once again.
At Keele MajorMac Dental Centre, we will assist you in filing your insurance forms electronically related to the dental care you received at our office; or in case you want to submit the forms yourself, we will assist you with the mailing process.
It is your responsibility to know the details of your benefit plan. We do not have access to this information unless you are available at our office from Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm to give the insurance companies your verbal authorization.
Payment for the portion of treatment that is not covered by your insurance company is expected on the day of treatment, unless other financial arrangements have been made with us in advance.
For any major treatments like dental implants, dentures, veneers, crowns, bridges, braces or Invisalign, a 50% deposit is due on your first visit, with the balance required in full upon completion. Please note that we now have an option to help finance your treatment.

I had very crooked teeth and went to few dentists to ask about options to straighten my teeth. My aunt told me to come here and I came to check out. The receptionist was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helps me feel at ease because I am scared of the dentists. To my surprise, Dr. Ha is a very fun and friendly dentist. She spent lots of time and explained in details what I need to do to take care of my teeth during the time I wear braces. I was so scared when I had to remove my four teeth in order to resolve my crooked teeth. Dr. Ha did it so fast, no pain and I was very comfortable with her. Dr. Ha also placed braces on my teeth and now I have beautiful straight teeth, done earlier than I expected and I am so thankful that she is my dentist.
I strongly recommend all the clients I meet at my work place to see her for any dental treatment they need. Dr. Ha is truly a five star dentist with her exceptional skills, profound depth of knowledge and a great sense of humour. I highly recommend her. 😉😉😉

This dental centre has longer operating hours then most clinics in Vaughan which accommodate to my availabilities. The dentist and their associate are very nice and knowledgeable in their work of specialty. The staff at the dental centre are very professional and welcoming. They take on new clients and they have appointments after 6 p.m on weekdays.
I recommend all families and neighbours to give this dental centre a chance to work on your teeth if you live in this area of Vaughan.
